Land Bank Conference

The Third Annual Land Bank Conference

This year’s conference is sure to have something for everyone.  We welcome State Representative Steve Tobocman as our keynote speaker.  Join us for a mobile tour showcasing developments done by or in partnership with the Genesee County Land Bank.  Conference sessions include panels and presentations on the ripple effect of vacant property, knowing your inventory, partnering to achieve success, best practices in inspecting and maintaining your properties, legislative update to PA 123 and the Brownfield Act, purchasing mortgage foreclosed properties, multi-county land bank authorities, funding sources available to land banks, and much more.
